Ash Cave Fire Tower

Located on the Hocking Hills State Forest, Ash Cave Fire Tower was constructed in 1934. The 80’ Aermotor tower with 7’x7’ metal cab has recently been restored and repainted by the fire tower restoration project of the Ohio Division of Forestry with the cooperation of the Ohio Division of the Forest Fire Lookout Association.
